Fixed quotes and staging links exist so you always know what you're paying for. This policy covers the other side of that promise: what happens to your money when a project changes course or ends early.
Our pricing is milestone-based, and so are our refunds: you pay for work that has been done, and you don't pay for work that hasn't. No lock-ins, no "all sales final" fine print.
The discovery call and the written scope are always free — if you walk away before paying an advance, you owe us nothing.
The advance is fully refundable any time before we begin work on your project. "Beginning work" means the project kickoff stated in your scope document — not the discovery call or scoping.
If we're unable to take on your project after you've paid an advance (it happens rarely — capacity or fit), we refund it in full, immediately.
Each milestone you approve is paid for and non-refundable — you've seen it working on your staging link before approving it, so you always know what you're paying for.
If you cancel mid-project: you pay for delivered milestones and for work in progress on the current milestone (assessed honestly and shown to you), and we refund anything you've paid beyond that. Work delivered up to that point is handed over to you.
If we cancel the engagement for reasons that aren't your doing, we refund all payments for undelivered work — and hand over everything that was delivered.
Payments for delivered and approved work are not refundable. What you do get is our free 30-day support window: if something doesn't work as described in the scope, we fix it at no charge.
A bug is not grounds for a refund — it's grounds for a fix, which is faster and what you actually need. If we genuinely cannot make a scoped feature work, we refund the milestone payment attributable to that feature.
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The current month is payable; unused future months already paid are refunded in full.
Our products (Vardhan Real Estate CRM, Vardhan AI Chat Bot) are in development, and early access is currently free — so there's nothing to refund. When paid plans launch, this policy will be updated with their refund terms before anyone is charged.
Email us with the subject line "Refund Request" and your project name. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the payment method you paid with.
